Most infuriating and incompetent company I’ve ever dealt with as a small business owner. I regret hiring them — once you pay, their customer service is nonexistent, arrogant, and indifferent. I would like to leave, but am fearful I would never get a clear answer on how to exit their 401(k) plan because they ignore my emails and calls already. As a healthcare professional, I value trust and reliable communication — this company fails on every single level. Avoid them unless you want to be trapped with incompetent, unresponsive consultants.

I was cashing out my 401K because the company I worked for sold to new people. Retirement plan consultants stated to me that it would take 10 to 14 days to receive my funds. What they didn't tell me is that it would be 10 to 14 days after each thing that they need done. so in total over a month and a 1/2 to get my own money. They never answer questions and skip to what they want to say. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Consultants that truly care about their clients. They are service oriented to Clients and Financial Professionals. They take the time to get to know the needs of the business and react to those needs.
