My screen went black on my Samsung phone, they checked the phone out and needed to replace the screen, work was done in timely fashion and phone is working well. They checked back a few days later to make sure everything is working. Definitly recomend NCSI
Old phone's wireless went out when I was out-of-state. New SIM didn't fix, bought new phone. Info wouldn't transfer, phone place I went to was unable to transfer. Back home and NCSI did what no other place could! So relieved and will always go there first!
The hinge of my laptop cover/lid broke.
