John and Kelly do great work and are some of the sweetest people! Yes, they get busy, and sometimes they are running behind. But if you are patient with them, they will give you great service. Especially if you continue to be a regular. I have been going there for over five years and typically have a really great experience. It helps if you make an appointment ahead of time and don’t walk in. This set was beautiful! If you don’t like something, tell them and they will always make it right. I can’t imagine going elsewhere!

My $40 pedicure and my guest's $35 pedicure (difference was polish or no polish) were just overpriced in my opinion. Granted, I'm not from the area... But any nail salon that I've ever been to charges $30 for the absolute bare minimum "spa pedicure" and this was more basic than the most basic I've ever experienced. There is no menu or pedicure options, no posted prices, no drinks offered or even available (despite me calling ahead and asking if they serve wine with their pedicures, as I'm accustomed to being offered, and I was told yes). These reviews do not do them justice. They have completely renovated with new chairs, equipment, etc. They are the sweetest nail salon I have been to in Norfolk. They care for their clients and have the most options for color I have seen anywhere. The reason I took off one single star is because I do agree that sometimes they get so busy that they rush through your nails.
