I have to rave about MaKayla! She's been cutting my hair now for almost a year, and she's brilliant! She listens to what I want. The first time I saw her, I showed a picture of a cut style I liked. She nailed it! We weighed a couple of options, and she cut my hair on how I wanted it, according to me. I loved it! I have to say, though, this last cut was even better. My hair falls into place. I don't know how else to describe it. I'm not having to fuss or fret about it. Besides all this, I love that I make appointments online. I get texts to remind me of my appointments and to reschedule. Communication is done online, and I have to say it's nice not having my appointments interrupted by the phone ringing and the employees looking at each other to see who answers it this time. While services here may be pricier than a big chain, they're absolutely worth every penny!

Mikayla did an excellent job with my trim and I then had a shampoo so she'd settle it. I asked her to put in a few curls. So cute. I was able to watch her in the hopes of recreating at home. Wonderful experience. My second time setting her. I'll definitely be back.
