I had been with this company for over 14 years. More or less I had been satisfied with their services, but after transitioning to APEX, their service quality decreased while their prices increased. Recently, they unprofessionally told me in a letter that they were going to drop me as a client only two months before the end of the year. So, I'm on the hook to try to find another CPA before my business taxes need to be done in January. I would not recommend this company to anyone, but I'm not sure they'd want you as a customer to begin with. Find someone else.
