I can to Norfolk to visit my daughter a few weeks after cataract surgery in another state. I noticed an itchy lump in my eye. We looked up which eye doctors did surgery in Norfolk and gave them a call. I was able to get an appointment for the next day. Upon entering their office the next day, I was greeted by a friendly and efficient receptionist. The nurse who reviewed my medical history was also very professional. When Dr Meyers came in, he gave an easy to understand explanation of the problem with my eye. He showed me several images of my eye. Recently had an eye emergency (something the size of a boulder under my eyelid). I rushed there and although they were booked full, they squeezed me in and Dr. Meyer was able to remove whatever it was. He and his team are the best!

If I could give more then 5 stars I would!! Everyone was very professional and polite. All my questions were answered, no wait time, and they were helpful when picking out glasses. I felt comfortable and welcomed the whole time.
