I bought my long arm from these guys in January and it was the best experience! Justin and Travis are incredibly easy to work with, truly listened to what I wanted and what I was looking for. They drove 2 hours to personally deliver and set up my machine! I could’ve gone with a company closer to home, however, their customer service is beyond wonderful and keeps me coming back!

I am newish to Nebraska and was given a sewing machine by my grandma that needed serviced. My friend suggested A to Z to help me and from the first call I made they were absolutely amazing to work with. It didn’t take long to have my machine looked at and the sweet owner to call me back with everything that was needed to be done. The pricing was so good as well especially with my machine that’s 20+ years old so that was a huge bonus! I won’t go anywhere else when I need it serviced and definitely recommend using this small business!
