UPDATE as of 9/2020: A/C unit, central air and heating unit still running great!____UPDATE: After many calls and being hung up on two of the times, and many emails since the first week of September. I finally got the work done to my home on the second week of November. Replaced both the furnace and A/C. Was a fulls day work as expected. Technicians were clean and quick. Technicians were also very respectful, very high quality of work and good entertainment!_____My original review: Went with A1 even though I had friends suggest not to.Blower motor on my home unit went out.
