I avoided hearing aids for many years. I thought that with my short hair they would be obvious. I recently visited Gary ***** at the McCook Hearing Aid Center. Gary took time to explain how hearing aids now fit and I tried on a pair. I was amazed at how wrong I had been. They were almost invisible. He performed a hearing test and discussed my hearing loss with me. Gary helped me choose the correct pair and I was able to leave his office that day with the hearing aids. There was never any pressured sales. He explained in depth how the hearing aids worked. I especially liked that he would adjust settings as needed. I am extremely pleased with my hearing aids, Gary's understanding of my concerns and the time he took to make sure my hearing aids were the correct choice. He has an exceptional staff that are welcoming and knowledgeable. What a joy to hear again.
