I strongly suggest that you only contact this company if you have exhausted all other funding options. I contacted them in April for a small loan for the build out of a location that I planned on moving into in mid-July. I was told that the process would only take a couple of weeks. I was able to get my final documents to my account representative on June 15, 2022. I followed up a couple of weeks later. Nothing. Then when my account representative contacted me in July, I was told that my emails had gone into spam and that she would get my paperwork submitted to underwriting ASAP. A huge 'shout out' to the Center for hosting 3 senators in Central City last evening for the 'Redistricting Community Conversation'. A superb lesson in 'Civics Education' by Sen. McCollister, Sen. DeBoer & Sen. Vargas. If the opportunity comes to a community near you----I encourage you to attend and bring a friend.
