Had to wait a week to get a appointment. They canceled my appointment didn't tell me it had been rescheduled until I called them. Then they canceled again and rescheduled. Now this is the third time they were to be out an once again didn't show up .Service: General pest inspection
Do not hire Terminix. Beware. They use shady business practices to bill you for unwanted services. A salesmen in the neighborhood sold me a one time service treatment that turned into an auto billing cycle. They literally showed up to my house when I was not home and charged me for a service I did not want 3 months later. I tried calling to get this issue resolved multiple times but every time I got transferred and told that I would get a call/email/text in the next 2 days to resolve it. Never happened. I tried on 4 different occasions to get this fixed and they give me the same runaround each time. My last attempt I got transferred 5 times and they finally took it off......read full review
