Best yoga and sound healing experience I've ever had. Angela was great at modified poses and making sure everyone had a truly healing and uplifting experience. The ambience and cleanliness of her studio is top notch. Highly recommend!
Yoga has been a part of my life off and on for many years, but it wasn't until I stepped into Studio 4:8 almost 9 years ago that yoga began to impact me not only physically, but emotionally and spiritually as well. I'd done the videos at home and even worked up the courage to take a couple classes at a few big name studios. Nothing made me feel complete, rejuvenated, and closer to God like Studio 4:8.
