The manager is never in the store in the afternoons and if you want to return an item that is not food, the managers cannot do anything to solve the problem. In all stores you can return the items as long as they are not food and here they do not give you any solution
Cadence and Adysen were amazing...helped us find options after our original ideas fell through due to apparent circle table cloth shortage city wide. They also put together center pieces that tied everything together. Thank you and give these two a raise!
The employees were amazing. I purchased a balloon and three large bags of merchandise. When I checked out they asked if I wanted to pull up to the curb.. I walk with a cane. I pulled to the curb and one of them quickly came and put my items in the car. (There was only 1 or 2 other customers). These were young people who have very decent manners and behaviour. It was New Years eve and I hope they will receive recognition!! Kudos to your store values!!!
