Plum Creek Medical Group has three Family Medicine Specialists, four Certified Physician Assistants and two Mental Health and Substance Abuse Counselors. We have clinics located in Lexington, Eustis and Johnson Lake to service our patients. Our facility includes access to specialists in cardiology. Our services include preventative care, illness, injury, disease management, hormone therapy, immigration physical and D.O.T physicals.
