I own a home I had built in 1994 and from the time I moved in there was a leak in my kitchen when there was a strong thunderstorm coming from the southwest. In the summer, it was normal for me to have towels on my counter to soak up water if a storm was coming. Several people tried to repair it over the years but none succeeded. Last year (2024) I called White Castle who sent John out to inspect the area, and who in turn sent out one of his men. The repairman explained that he found a hole left by the builders where the siding met the roof Now, after 30+ years I have no leak. I strongly recommend White Castle and will have no others do my roofing work.
