I did not receive any services from Tillotson other than from a representative who came to my home to give me an estimate on lifting various sections of concrete. He was courteous and professional, but the main reason he is getting 5-stars is that he was very honest. The biggest drawback to hiring Tillotson was going to be the cost of transportation from Kearney to Sidney. I did try to find other people in Sidney who were interested, but I couldn't find anyone to commit. I would definitely hire Tillotson for work if it wasn't for the distance and travel costs.
Had them install a complete spray on roof system in 2019 on our commercial downtown building, (great service!). Forward to the spring of 2024. A significant Large diameter hail storm hit and post the storm I called Tillotson’s and they arrived promptly and assessed the damage. Within days I had a crew on site to prep the roof for repairs. We have hired Tillotson for two different pole barn / post frame insulation jobs. Recently, they completed this 36’x40’ project and painted the foam black. I love how it turned out and especially enjoyed working with their team. Great projects and great people. Posted before/during and after pictures.
