When I called this morning (Friday) I was told a technician would be out this afternoon and they would call before coming. No one ever called and no one showed up. To my amazement, even though their business hours were 8-5 I got a call around 7 pm and Zach said he would be at our house in one hour. He was courteous, knowledgeable and very efficient. Our immediate leaky faucet problems were taken care of so we could use our sinks again. A follow up appointment will be scheduled next week when parts are available to fix a floor drain and sump pump. Very pleased with all the completed steps of repair...started with what we thought might be a quick fix, but became major repair...including cutting out some dry wall.Services: Drain cleaning
