“And once again I will modify my review. After a couple of rains (enough that in the past I would have had water in my basement) my problem appears to be fixed. If you have issues with Tillotson's give the office a call. Once I talked with Gene, he did an awesome job of working with me and working to solve the issue. He has been in contact with me to see how things are going!I am modifying this review! After my initial review I received contact from the owner multiple times. He was very professional and is working to solve the problem. He has gone above and beyond to do this and has apologized numerous times for how things were handled (communications). I am now very impressed with this company! The only reason it is a 4 star and not 5 star is they just completed some work and I'm waiting to see the results. They want continued communication on this problem/solution. Thanks Gene-I am impressed with how you are running your business and you will to do it right!I had them drill foam beside my foundation to help with water leaking into my basement. They showed up and completed (?) the job without calling as they said they would do. During the very next rain (and many since) I had water leak into my basement. (Did they really come and do the job?) I have tried contacting my rep numerous times and no response. When I received the bill it was for twice the agreed upon amount (that was corrected after a few phone calls). Very disappointed in the product but even more so with the business.“

Since this was our first claim on our house we really appreciated him walking through our insurance questions. Not only that he gave us a great deal compare to other roofing companies in town. “I called John in a frantic after our home was hit by hail and a tornado and John and the All American Roofing team has been nothing short of accommodating and amazing working with us. They got us on their books immediately and shortly after contacting them, our roof started to leak and collapse and John and his team were out the next day to make sure no more damage occurred and completed our roof within that same week. We were so impressed in the great customer service and how quick they helped us. Our new roof looks beautiful and they have been great advocates for us with working with our insurance company after they discovered rotted decking after redoing our windows and preparing for our siding. Our house isnt complete yet but I have no worries with how the job will be done because I know it will be nothing other than excellent work and quality. Thank you John and all of the rest of the All American Roofing company. Thank you for all that you have done for my family personally, the surrounding community, and our country.
