I recently needed to get in for an urgent appointment and had no problem getting the appointment, and once again did not need to wait to be seen. Dr. Kozal takes the time to explain his diagnosis and does not rush out the door. It's a small thing, but I appreciate the short chat we have while my eyes adjust after the slit lamp exam.
