Just for Ladies is a great gym! It has a friendly and energetic atmosphere, and the staff and instructors are super helpful and kind. The classes are so much fun! Highly recommend ☺️

This is the best gym I have ever been a part of. It has everything you need to get a great workout in, and great hours. My favorite part of the gym has to be the incredible classes! I am making progress in my strength and endurance because of the carefully curated classes taught by talented instructors. I absolutely recommend this gym!

I have loved my three months at JFL! It has helped so much with getting back to the gym and staying accountable. I’ve never been apart of a gym before that has basically built a little community. Every single person I have met has been so friendly, kind and encouraging. I’ve never been one to have a problem working out in front of others but you definitely feel more comfortable as a female working out around other females. Plus you gain many friends! And have absolutely love the motivation the bootcamp has given me. I’m hooked!
