Click Family Healthcare is a monthly cash pay clinic eliminating the hassles of insurance. The staff at Click are always happy to see patients, and there is never a wait for an appointment. The team provides personal care for the whole family without the waiting rooms, so patients are not exposed to others who may be coming in with something contagious. Doctor Jake does video consultation and responds to texts as well. Patients love being able to text and get a reply almost instantly, and have never had to wait more than 3 days to be seen. Dr. Jacobsen and the entire Click Family Healthcare team provide personal and professional care that has exceeded expectations. The doctor explains things in detail and does not rush through questions. A visit with the nurse was much more than expected, as she was great with a child and explained everything included with the membership. Patients appreciate Dr. Jake and his staff for taking care of their entire family for many years and would not want to go anywhere else.
I can not express enough about how, caring, professional, informative, helpful, and down to earth the entire team is at Click!! They care.... and they understand, no judgment just helping improve you and your health. Honestly, an amazing and intelligent Doctor. I would give more stars if I could.
