Josh was very fast, and quickly got to work. Really friendly and definitely a guy you can trust to get the job done. He actually troubleshooted a different issue for me and redirected me to the right help that I needed. He would’ve done it himself if I didn’t rent out!! Josh Chaney has excellent customer service skills, his knowledge for products is impressive, he is very thorough in his work and he is able to fix just about anything. I would recommend him to anyone who needs service for their appliances.
