I would not recommend renting from century 21 midland. It was merely impossible to get ahold of anyone for any issues or maintenance requests. When I moved into my apartment it had never been cleaned and was filthy. When I moved out I cleaned my apartment deeply and it looked 10x better than when I moved in, however they still charged me absurd amounts for cleaning fees and carpet cleaning fees. Alexis was 30 mins late to my appointment to check out and did not seem to care at all. She was very rude and it was obvious to me that century 21 takes advantage of vulnerable college students and will take as much money from them as they possibly can. Alexis McNeal and Staff is very rude and unprofessional ! She and Staff treat people with disrespect. They have taken over almost all rentals in Kearney and that really sucks. What happened to Kearney Rental Pros. They treated people with respect.

I’ve had the worst experience with Alexis and all I can say is, she is god awful.. I’ve never encountered such a rude and nasty person, she is so unprofessional, and does not care about her tenants! Every time I tried talking to her about my girlfriends rental unit she would always talk to me like I was a child (I’m 24) and degrade me. All she really cares about is making as much money as she can, even if she’s doing it unethically. I’m surprised no one has reported her for the amount of things she’s getting away with. I HIGHLY recommend NOT working with her!
