I cannot say enough good things about Chance Anderson in the appliance department. This guy loves his job and takes it seriously, and it shows. I've bought multiple appliances with him, and every time he asks me a slew of questions specific to how I'll be using them, in order to get me the best fit. He's easy to get ahold of and quick to respond. He kept us informed with who would be installing and when that would be. We need our first appliance repair, and once I contacted him with the issue he took it from there and got the needed parts under warranty.

This guy is an absolute gem, and if his boss is reading this - give him a giant raise and don't ever lose him!!

If you want to go to a real lumbar yard hard ware store and experience actual customer service, this is the place to go.

Ask for Chance this cat knows his stuff and bends over to meet all your needs.

We've all been to these places, and u have literally beg for help as you're looking for help. They are averting their eyes, so hopefully, you don't make eye contact.

If you've experienced that feeling, then I suggest Builders. It will change your idea of service you've been getting.

Lori sold us a beautiful refrigerator! She went above and beyond helping us find the perfect model to fit all of our wants! And the appliance delivery/installation team was so polite and friendly. Best service all around hands down. We will be more than happy to buy here again. Thank you builders team!
