I have been so pleased with the quality of service I have received with my fur babies at NVS. Dr. Brauer is amazing very knowledgeable, kind and compassionate with all my animals. If I have questions she has a handout for me to read or will do extra research for me she also, keeps very detailed notes on our visits. The staff and techs are very welcoming and helpful! Because of the compassion and quality I have always received I don’t mind traveling a great distance to NVS.
The receptionist there that works on Thursdays and Fridays is exceptionally helpful and surprisingly performs Vet Tech duties as only a receptionist with no background in mixing chemicals, helping Dr. Schumacher with operations and daily check ups.
