My stepdad purchased two different models and loved them both. Glion scooters are built well and reliable. But the highlight of our experience was the customer service. Lori and her team served our family well. We asked LOTS of questions and she was always ready to help and did so with excellence, timeliness, and warmth. We love Glion!

Your customer service representative was awesome. She went beyond good service. She should be the poster child for what good customer service is. Your scooters are far superior than others we have looked at. So much so we bought 2! 5 stars are not enough.
