It seems that these guys and gals like me. I call for service for myself or someone else and I get near-immediate service. Alan is great, with which to deal and is receptive. The lady at the front desk (name escapes me) is nice. There us another guy there who is a joy, with which to work. If I have a detraction to mention, I cannot remember it now. Thums up

I called them today at 3:00 on a Friday and they were there before 4:00. Whether it be Cory, Jeff, or Alan, they did what they needed to do to patch together my old AC. Thanks, guys.

Wonderful experience. Got right to work and fixed the problem and explained everything to me. I really appreciated the tech explaining my air conditioner to me and what caused the problem. I believe his name was Jeff. Thank you
