They are great. They help me with my defenses and self control. Theres no judgement and the best part is everyone can be a teacher and student. I love how calm and understanding they are. They even helped me with my balance. The place can get a bit noisy at times and it does feel a bit daunting at times because the energy is through the roof but once you get on the floor and subside the feelings, it is a pretty fun place. They teach different arts as well like (spelling apology) chi gong and musado which is a training art with the korean bow staff.
