Second time getting glasses from the Hastings Shopko. I have been very pleased with the service and the glasses I have purchased. Ava fit them and was very knowledgeable, answering any questions I had.
I have been extremely happy with Shopko in Hastings, NE. The employees are friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. If I have needed adjustments to my glasses, they do them promptly and at no cost. A lense cracked; and since my glasses were still under warranty, they ordered another lense free of charge. They are very accomodating; and I like their selection of frames. I highly recommend Shopko.
My appointment was canceled twice, and I'm still giving 5 stars...when I did get in, I was treated with top notch professional care, I found the exam to be very thorough and accurate. My glasses came in a little early and are of utmost quality.
