She has a calm, quiet energy and very knowledgeable and adaptive. She listens to you, and tailors therapies to the clients specific needs.
I felt amazing the next day, with very little soreness. I had an hour massage with deep tissue therapy, cupping and bamboo wand. My problem areas with hips and shoulder feel noticeably better.
