I called on a Friday knowing I would not have anyone at my door until the beginning of the next week. I had a tech helping me out that afternoon. He was not concerned about my dachshunds, or all the stuff I have crammed in my basement. He informed that my unit was 15 years past its life cycle. He did EVERYTHING to ensure my unit was functioning properly. The next day, the blower motor went out.
