I've put off getting my hair cut professionally for eight months because I have thick, curly hair and have been burned with bad haircuts around this area the past two years so I've been DIYing it. I broke down, scheduled an appointment, and met with Tina. She had absolutely no problem or judgment with my picky hair needs, kept the length I wanted, and did a fabulous job adding layers. Bonus: as an LGBTQ ally myself, I was excited to see her openly advertising her allyship so I want y'all to know, she is safe, professional, and did a great job.

Love this salon! A little pricier than some but you get what you pay for, never had a bad experience here! I always go to Andie, she is very professional and does everything she can to get my hair looking its best!

My regular stylist is no longer able to style hair so I took a chance and went somewhere else in Grand Island with a stylist I did not know. I asked for 2-3 inches to be cut off(just above my shoulders) and for layers. My hair was butchered. ALL OVER. I was then referred to Ally by my former stylist after she saw what happened to my hair. I walked in at exactly noon and talked with Ally. She had one haircut ahead of me which was totally fine. I also asked her to check my 10 year old daughter's haircut from the aforementioned place and she said of course. Upon inspection my hair was SO much worse than we thought and feared I would have to go very short to even everything up. I can tell you all right now that Ally is a hair ROCKSTAR! That woman saved my hair, the length, and fixed my bangs after the gal yesterday said, "You have a cowlick so I can't cut them." I felt so much better and the relief was tremendous. She also fixed my poor daughter's hair as well and we both left with renewed confidence. So much so that we both cried over having our hair saved. Further proof is when we walked in the door and my husband looked so shocked and said, "Oh my God, it looks so great and she saved some length!" My husband really doesn't care about hair but even he knew it was bad before and was very impressed at how great it turned out. No one else will touch our heads again. Already have my next appt set up even! Thank you a million times over Ally! Hairmasters is so very lucky to have such a talented and caring stylist!
