We went to her station to discuss my needs and wants , then she escorted me to shampoo station and treated my hair. The scalp massage she gave me was generous in time and released so much tension, cranial massage can be a second career for her. I still feel the benefits the next day!After my cleansing, she then did a fabulous job on my haircut. Explaining to me the process and made me feel really comfortable and confident in her abilities. She also had lots of knowledge about what products were perfect for my hair type and the style I was looking for. I was very happy with the results and even got a compliment on my hair from a stranger in a store afterwards.My experience at Bellezza was really exceptional. “Okay- so I live in Lincoln and I came to Omaha in DESPERATE need of an acrylic fill. Eden Nails and Spa was open on Christmas Eve so I decided to stop in. Once there, I also decided to go with a 2nd tier pedicure. The pedicure was great, but I did notice they didn't line the bowl with plastic. When I was getting my nails filled, I did watch them scrub the bowl I used when getting my pedicure which made me feel like they cared about the hygienic side of the business. When getting my nails done, they were removing color with a nail tool and it was slightly painful as she kept hitting my skin with the sandpaper type tool. However, I will say she did an AMAZING job on the shape of my nails, which is something I am always very picky about. The color was a little brighter than I anticipated, but the experience was overall great! To celebrate Christmas, they also gave me a gift which turned out to be a lotion!!! Thank you so much for your amazing service!“
