Visited 12/20/25. Despite the holiday crowd, the store was clean and well stocked and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The woman who helped me was very efficient and knowledgeable, which I appreciate as I found what I was looking for quickly, but she was also so kind and personable. Very pleased!

I went to Ulta looking for a new lipstick and was so impressed with the customer service! I was asked if I needed anything a few times, and when I finally had a question about the undertone of a product the employee was very helpful in her response. She also helped me sanitize a tester so I could try it out for myself, and helped me decide (when I asked) between two products. Thank you so much!!
