I went to Ulta looking for a new lipstick and was so impressed with the customer service! I was asked if I needed anything a few times, and when I finally had a question about the undertone of a product the employee was very helpful in her response. She also helped me sanitize a tester so I could try it out for myself, and helped me decide (when I asked) between two products. Thank you so much!!
We are so impressed!! We decided to take my niece here for a Christmas gift—have a mini makeup teaching session with the makeup artist-Gabby and buy a few items for her gift.
Gabby was spectacular! She did a great job with my 13 yr old niece as well as my 40 yr old sister. Both had a great experience and walked away looking, and more importantly, FEELING great! Gabby took time to listen to what each of us were hoping to use on a daily basis and helped select products and shades that were perfect.
