The lady working was extremely rude and none of the spray tan machines were available. There was one machine “working” but there was no solution. I was charged for a medium spray tan even though I wasn’t able to get the tan. Apparently she also was not able to refund my card? The first time I came here it was great and workers were extremely nice and helpful. I will not be returning to this location because of this lady.
Update: The owner called and apologized for the inconvenience and customer service. He offered for me to go to his other location, which is what I did. I really appreciated the quick response and good customer service. He seems... read full review
I have been tanning here since last spring. The employees are always friendly and knowledgeable. As a blonde-haired, blue-eyed fair skinned person, let me just say I am sporting a deep, dark, beautiful tan! As a former tanning salon employee/manager, I also know what a nightmare it can be when it comes to lotion. Other salons make you feel like you are in a car dealership, in regards to pressuring you to buy lotions. While they are essential to developing and maintaining a gorgeous glow, you won't have to worry about getting hounded here...ever. Not nearly as "richy rich" and doesn't have the beds the maple.street location has but still hands down better than anything around the area. Staff and owners are the best, both locations. Where else can u get top of the line beds 24/7? Exactly!!
