I have never had a great relationship with dentists. I had a few bad experiences as a child and that left me with a healthy dose of fear. Neighborhood Dental Gretna is the first dentist to help conquer my fears and helped me look forward to my next appointment. Dr Ehly treats you like a member of the family or a long time friend instead of just another patient. His knowledge and attention to detail is unmatched. I have anxiety and Candi helped me feel comfortable and walked me through each process with kindness and compassion. She acknowledged my fears and helped me conquer them (as best one can.) She would sit with me during breaks and take my mind off of my fears by just talking. Giving my mind something positive to focus on. I could go on for pages and pages about all the wonderful staff from the front desk, to billing, the dental hygienists and the assistants. Every single staff member who I have had the pleasure of working with (either myself or my children) have all had the same principles in common; kindness, compassion, patience and knowledge. I would highly recommend Neighborhood Dental Gretna, to anyone who is looking for a staff to treat you like family and not just another patient file.
I went in for my cleaning today and Olivia was my dental hygienist. She did an amazing job and was so efficient with my cleaning! She was also so personable and answered all of my questions. By far one of the best dental visits I have had! Dr. Phil also answered my questions about a night guard and other concerns I had with such kindness and knowledge. The front desk girls and office manager made sure to check with my insurance and print out a tx plan for my night guard with ease. Everyone in that office is so positive and I could go on and on about my awesome visit! Highly recommend this office!
