This company ghosted us. We tried to contact them for over a year, before leaving a bad review. They are hijacking us by not giving us access to our Router and Firewall. They also won't give us our Microsoft 365 passwords. Everyone in our office has called, emailed, and texted. No reply. We are in the process of working with our lawyer, authorities and other IT companies as we have found out is illegal for them to do. We are also suspicious that they have been on our PCs remotely as we have witnessed activity when we aren't controlling the PC and when we asked them about it we of course got no reply.
