We had CoolVu of St Paul put mylar sheeting on our windows today. In addition to the beautiful views from our windows, the inside temperature dropped, and so did the traffic noise. If you have issues with unreasonable interior temperatures, noise, or a need for privacy, this is for you. The mylar tint is guaranteed for life, so if we sell the guarantee, it will transfer to future owners. P.S. They do not discuss the noise limitation, but we see a sound reduction. After a fiasco with Anji's, I found CoolVu browsing around looking for services that might do window treatment or blinds to reduce the crazy heat that develops from the skylights.
