Jimmy and Jayden arrived at 11:15 a.m. this morning for the 11:00 to 1:00 arrival time. Jimmy texted me at 11:00 a.m. as to their ETA of 11:15 a.m. They were on time, professional, courteous and thorough, and finished the job in a timely and efficient manner.

We kept trying different carpet cleaners and were disappointed more than once, but I’m done with that noise and am adding Chem-Dry to our favorites list. Ken did such a great job on the entire house and you can tell when someone takes pride in their work… it shows! When I came across a spot he missed accidentally, he gladly came back and made it right. That’s how you keep loyal customers ??⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Services: Carpet steam cleaning

My mom recommended Chem Dry of Omaha to me saying it was the best carpet cleaning she’s ever had (and she’s had just about every company with all her pets throughout the years!) and boy was she right! This was fast and by far the best at removing stains I’ve had. I had many stains but one bad one was a sticky brown spot where a spider trap fell upside down on it… Ken got it completely removed and looks brand new! I had used my own carpet cleaner and other products which did nothing! I’m absolutely thrilled with everything!
