A Nebraska based, independent contractor who is large enough to meet your needs yet small enough to care about their customers. I 'm a member of their annual service program which includes a spring AC and a fall furnace checkup. It is comforting to know I don't have a small part near failure when it is 98 degrees outside and a friend in the business in the event we do have a failure.
