UPDATE: 08/28/23 - They called me and left a voice mail to let me know they were trying to create a new arrangement to make up for the difference of the one online vs the one my recipient received. I called the store back to let them know this gesture was so appreciated, but was completely not necessary. They sent an additional bouquet anyway with more of the correct flowers and colors to my recipient along with a box of chocolates and a card. This just goes to show how important customer service is to this business. They go above and beyond to make it right even when the customer says not to. We have been an exhibitor at the Nebraska State Fair for 31 years and this year was the first year Roses for You was the decorator. What a great job they have done this year. Very happy with the change from previous years. Thanks so much!! Job well done!

We used RFY for a party tent, tables & chairs, etc. We were so pleased to learn that they were willing to travel 70 miles to Ord to set up and take down our party setting. The staff that came to our farm to set up the tent, etc. were awesome, very polite, friendly and worked quickly to get the job done. The following day, which was a Sunday, they returned at 9 AM to load everything up.We would definitely recommend RFY to anyone interested in using their services!
