UPDATE: Updating to say that Judy from Roses for You called and apologized for the quality of arrangement that was sent. She offered several remedies to the situation and we were able to settle on a remedy that worked for both parties.
Ordered flowers for a funeral. I chose the “premium” bouquet so that it would be larger and fuller. I know that sometimes florists have to substitute types of flowers due to what they have in stock, but the bouquet that was delivered is not even close to what I ordered.
