Ray is always on time and keeps a regular schedule with us. If that schedule will change at all, he notifies us in advance. He is very professional but friendly. And is always happy to answer any questions we have.
Ray has made my experience with Presto-X a 10/10! Ray is very knowledgeable, and has came out multiple times to treat our home. It’s always a pleasure to see Ray, and talk with him. I definitely recommend working with Ray, when I call the actual company it can be awhile before a technician comes out but when I text Ray he makes it a priority and squeezes us in!
