Outlooks is amazing. It came highly recommended as I had recently moved to Grand Island. My first haircut (by Sonia) was wonderful. My sister-in-law and mother-in-law go there also.

I've lived a few places in the world and had more than a few people cut my hair. I'm telling you the gals at Outlooks Hair Design are world class. They get it right every time, quickly and in a relaxed atmosphere. I live in Lincoln but I still drive to Grand Island to get my haircut with Carol. Anyone can cut hair but Carol makes me look good. That's worth the drive!
