I called them to check on an issue with a rental property AC unit. They promptly scheduled a technician to arrive the next morning. The technician arrived in the allotted window and called promptly to notify me of the issue of a leak with the Freon. He gave me a quote for recharging the Freon and replacing the system as it is old. Unfortunately his Freon recharge is about double what was being charged at a competitor and the replacement of the system was approximately 25% more than the competitor. Due to the high pricing I am taking my business elsewhere.
Our air conditioner was not running. It was just due to being dirty. Got it cleaned up, checked the refrigerant and everything was good!
