“One year ago in December 2024 we had a terrible fire in one of our duplexes in Grand Island caused by our tenant's son using an electric heater.

I contracted with SERVPRO to do the total rehab on a 1- year project. I was lucky to get CHAD one of SERVPRO'S Contractors who did great work on the project from start to finish. His strongest asset to me entailed great follow through from start to finish. He kept me posted and was also a good liaison with the insurance company with excellent follow up there as well. I felt he was MY advocate through the entire project, start to finish. I hope to have no more fires, but if I do, the first phone call will be to Chad at SERVPRO!
