We sustained damage to our roof, gutters and vinyl siding from a summer hail storm. Zach P was here for the adjuster review and helped us review the summary of losses. He did a great job explaining the process and was very patient with all our questions. Within a couple months our home was completely repaired and looks amazing. Zach P/BAC did an awesome job of going to bat for us on a warranty claim, continually followed up with IKO/wholesaler/transportation/us. It was a long process but Zach was there thru it all. GREATLY appreciate the perseverance to achieve customer satisfaction! Achieved!
