I am very disappointed from beginning to end. I'll be as specific as I can be. First of all I made the mistake of inputting my card info incorrectly at the time pictures for softball were being taken. Not once did they try calling me to let me know. After not receiving my pictures I called after hours so I left a vm. I got a call the next morning, which I missed, no vm was left. Fast forward- I pick my pictures up and I'm not happy. I call and speak to DeeDee. I make a suggestion about telling the kids to fix their clothing before the pictures us snapped and she gets rude about it tells me Ken can't touch the kids nowhere in my statement did I imply for Ken to touch any of the kids. She hangs up on me I call back and get sent straight to vm. Maybe I'm not dropping big bills, but my money is still good and I would appreciate good quality pictures to give to family. Friendly customer service would also be greatly appreciated. Thank you for coming to my review.

Ken is wonderful with my girls. He knows exactly how to get the best poses and smiles. He's the only person who can. Anytime their grandmother or I try to get pictures of them, it's a huge mess. His professionalism just brings out their best behavior.

argumentative , false identity , and when did send product i payed for it was not even my child's photo or remotely close .
i now have to contact the school and find out who's photo was sent to me .. as well Scott/Ken whom changed him name from first call to a recent contact claims a n A+ rating but wanted to hang up really fast when i got out my audio recorder ,, in closing just find a reputable photographer
