Monument Physical Therapy

Monument Physical Therapy is a place where caring is our Passion. The staff offers quality care for a better quality of life and helps patients take steps toward independence. They provide many rehabilitation services, including Pool Therapy, Dry needling, post‑op care, sports med, and cupping. The team consists of 2 Physical Therapists, 3 Physical Therapy Assistants, an Athletic Trainer and therapy technicians who aim to make each hour the best hour of a patient's day. Patients report amazing results. One patient who could hardly walk is now 95% better, still working toward 100%. Another patient has visited five times over 13 years, recovering from five joint surgeries, and praises the staff as caring, friendly, professional, and set goals.
